LEMOORE, Calif. — Local insurance brokers Rita Allen, Yesenai Bribiesca, and Pam Cole are working to build a customer-focused insurance brokerage aimed at serving residents throughout Lemoore, Hanford, and surrounding Central Valley communities.
During a recent interview, the team shared that the business has officially been operating for approximately six months and was created with the goal of helping local residents better navigate insurance coverage options while receiving more personalized customer service.
The brokerage is located at 361 West D Street in Lemoore, near the corner of Fox Street and D Street.
According to the business owners, the brokerage provides a variety of insurance services, including home insurance, auto insurance, and commercial insurance coverage. The team also stated that the three brokers combined bring more than 60 years of industry experience.
Allen explained that one of the company’s biggest priorities is helping customers compare different insurance options that fit their individual needs and budgets instead of simply presenting one policy option.
“We kind of go above and beyond,” Allen said during the interview, explaining that the brokerage shops for policies on behalf of customers to help find the best available fit.
The brokerage also assists a wide range of drivers, including first-time drivers and individuals needing SR-22 insurance following DUI-related incidents.
The business owners emphasized that customer service remains a major part of their approach. Representatives said they focus on understanding each customer’s situation rather than quickly processing policies and sending clients out the door.
Bribiesca also highlighted the importance of helping the Hispanic community through bilingual services, allowing Spanish-speaking residents to better understand their insurance options and coverage details.
The women said their overall motivation comes from helping people within the community and creating a welcoming environment for customers who may feel overwhelmed when searching for insurance coverage.
As part of the interview, the business owners also shared advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
“I would tell them just to do it,” one of the owners said. “There’s never a right time. Don’t wait. Just go for it.”
The team also spoke about the challenges and determination involved in building a women-led business, encouraging others to continue pursuing their goals despite obstacles.
