Physical Card Offer Agreement

This section is for the printed physical discount card only. If you purchase digital discount card placement, your digital coupons, redeem codes, QR codes, barcode images, and digital redemption settings can be managed separately inside your business dashboard.

Business Participation Agreement

By submitting this form, the business confirms that the physical card offer listed below is authorized for printed card placement. The physical promotion must remain valid for the full printed card year. Each printed card year begins on January 1 and expires on December 31 of the selected card year.
