The event, presented by Tasha Faith and her fiancé, Frank Castanon, is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 330 East Seventh Street in Hanford, directly across from China Alley.

Faith said the Blue Moon Market is an extension of the couple’s Friendly Artist Market, commonly known as FAM, which has become known for bringing artists, makers and local vendors together in downtown Hanford.

This is our first one tomorrow night,” Faith said during an interview with Kings Network News. “We have more than twenty-seven vendors attending.”

Visitors can expect a wide variety of attractions, including handmade goods, local artists, live entertainment and family-friendly activities.

According to organizers, the market will feature painters, tattoo artists, a tarot reader, handmade jewelry vendors, wind chime makers, singers, crafters, poets and artists displaying original works. Live performances are planned throughout the evening, creating a unique atmosphere beneath the full blue moon.

Guests will also have an opportunity to see amphibians, reptiles and even arachnids as part of the event’s diverse lineup. Live music will be provided by Poomcgooch, adding to the atmosphere organizers hope will become a memorable community gathering.
