HANFORD, Calif. , A Hanford teacher has been booked into the Kings County Jail on multiple alleged felony child sex offense charges, according to Kings County Jail booking records.
Jeremy Daniel Blue, 54, a teacher at Crossroads Charter Academy, was booked on July 9, 2026, following an arrest by the Hanford Police Department.
According to jail records, Blue was booked on the following alleged charges:
- Penal Code 288(a): Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 Years of Age, a felony. Bail is listed at $200,000.
- Penal Code 288(c)(1): Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child 14 or 15 Years of Age, a felony.
Court records list Case No. 26CM2215 in connection with one of the charges.
As of publication, Blue remains in custody at the Kings County Jail. Jail records do not list a scheduled or actual release date.
As part of its reporting, Kings Network News attempted to contact Crossroads Charter Academy regarding Blue’s arrest and booking. However, the academy is currently closed for summer break and is expected to reopen on July 30, 2026. Kings Network News plans to seek a statement once school officials return.
Kings Network News also contacted the Armona Union Elementary School District requesting a statement regarding the matter. As of the time of publication, no response had been received.
