Hanford will soon celebrate one of its most recognizable and uplifting community figures. Longtime supporter and local inspiration Tyree Reed, known for blessing residents with positivity and encouragement for many years, will be honored at a special Community Famous Collector Card release. This celebration recognizes the meaningful impact he has made throughout Kings County.
The Community Famous Collector Card Series is a new regional honor created to highlight individuals who have shaped their neighborhoods and towns through service, leadership, or positive influence. Tyree will be the first person in history to receive this recognition. Future cards are planned to spotlight former mayors, city leaders, activists, and community members whose efforts have made a measurable difference in the Central Valley. Each card will serve as a collectible keepsake that preserves local history and gives residents the chance to support those who support them.
The event will take place on November 15 from noon to three o’clock. Dignitaries and respected leaders from throughout the county are expected to attend and acknowledge Tyree for his continued dedication to helping others. This gathering will be fun filled, community focused, and suitable for all ages.
The first 100 attendees will receive a complimentary God Bless You Cookie provided by Sweet Palette. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take photos with Tyree, enjoy treats, and participate in a variety of activities throughout the afternoon.
Tyree is currently working on his ninth degree. A portion of the proceeds from card sales will assist him in his educational and professional endeavors. Supporters can choose between several card options, including the signed edition, the signed and shipped edition, and the standard edition for on site pick up at the event.
Both the signed and standard versions include a special QR code feature printed on the back of the card. Two weeks after the event, the QR code will unlock a digital time capsule containing photos, audio, video, and a featured story about Tyree and the celebration. This digital archive will reflect the memories of the people who attended, making each card a lasting and interactive piece of personal history.
Interest in the event continues to grow. As of this article, twenty three individuals have confirmed attendance, more than one hundred fifty have expressed interest, and sixteen supporters have already secured their cards in advance.
